Shaped national policy & regulatory frameworks to enable bankable utility-scale solar & wind, acting as a bridge between government and industry and supporting the design/execution of the 2019 & 2021 renewable energy auctions. Drove investor-friendly auction terms, regulatory stability and grid/permits visibility, improving bankability & international participation and contributing to Colombia’s growth in installed renewable capacity.
RESULTS: Brazil Auctions — 60 MW (Aug 2015) and 120 MW (Nov 2015) awarded
Managed end-to-end development to RTB across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia & Central America: coordination with engineering/procurement, COGS/BOS/CAPEX analysis and risk assessment; led technical due diligence for M&A/acquisitions, energy-auction participation (Brazil, Mexico) for utility-scale PV & wind, and on-site technical reviews/feasibility (Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua).
